Other Tips:
Be on the lookout while grocery shopping for the Whole30 logo on products. So helpful! And, just because they don't have the Whole30 sign, doesn't mean they aren't compliant.
Get a Whole30 cookbook, or review Whole30 recipes on Pinterest to make it easier on yourself.
Chipotle has a Whole30 bowl - you need it in your life!
Remember, it's not about restricting your intake and "dieting". It's all about reviewing your relationship with food. Trust the process, you'll realize how much better you feel.
There are many other sites out there with extensive lists of foods, these are just my favorite and seem to get me through the month.
The Whole30 site has a "Can I have It" guide for you here.
