So you're wanting to complete a Whole30, are ya? I know how intimidating it can be...what are the rules? What can I have? What do I need to buy? This is complicated. I don't want a bunch of extra food items sitting around my home...it's a lot. This is not an exhaustive list below by any means, but a list of products that are "musts" for me when completing a Whole30!
First and foremost, before you get started on your Whole30 journey, I highly recommend reading the Whole30 book. It explains the premise behind the program, the rules for following the program, as well as gives some recipes to make throughout!
For Your Mornings

Nut Pods - to use in coffee or when you're needing cream in recipes.
Collagen - a scoop a day keeps stomach pains away. truly, collagen is healing for the gut. try it out!
For The Fridge
For the Pantry:

BBQ and Ranch - So you don't have to make your own!
Ghee - A great option for your cooking fat
Marinara - perfect over zoodles or with your meatballs
For emergencies, in accordance with the program rules
Brands I love:
Be on the lookout while grocery shopping for the Whole30 logo on products. So helpful! And, just because they don't have the Whole30 sign, doesn't mean they aren't compliant.
Get a Whole30 cookbook, or review Whole30 recipes on Pinterest to make it easier on yourself.
Chipotle has a Whole30 bowl - you need it in your life!
Remember, it's not about restricting your intake and "dieting". It's all about reviewing your relationship with food. Trust the process, you'll realize how much better you feel.
There are many other sites out there with extensive lists of foods, these are just my favorite and seem to get me through the month.
The Whole30 site has a "Can I have It" guide for you here.
